Shipping was quick, so no complaints there, but the packaging wasn’t as discreet as I expected. I was hoping for something really plain and low-key, and instead I felt kind of stuck once it showed up, like I couldn’t really do anything about how noticeable it felt. Maybe it wouldn’t bother everyone, but it definitely made me uncomfortable.

My order showed up and thankfully everything inside was okay, but the packaging didn’t really give me a lot of confidence. The box was beat up, and one corner looked like it had been crushed. Nothing leaked or broke, which I’m glad about, but for the price I expected it to be packed a lot more securely. It just made me trust the shipping/handling a little less for next time.

The product itself was fine. No real complaints there. I just kept looking around for the lab test details and felt like they should’ve been easier to find. And maybe a little more complete once you do find them. Not a bad experience or anything. Just one of those things where a bit more transparency would make me feel better about buying again.

A few pages were helpful and gave me a decent starting point, but I kept feeling like the explanations could be more beginner-friendly. I’m guessing they assume visitors already know some of the basics, though I could be wrong.
